Development Update #2

Well would you look at that, a development on Bubble Shooter. In this update, I mainly restructured the entire backend for the Weapon System and the Shop system. You will notice a brand new Shop interface in-game. In addition I have fixed some bugs that actually were making the game easier, so balance updates have occurred as well.
